Wyze Vaccuum stops for no reason and now getting lost

My Wyze Vaccuum had been working flawlessly for about 1.5 years and now since about a month the vaccuum will stop at some boundary (room wall or furniture) and give oops something went wrong or obstacles are blocking error messages. I hit resume / continue on the app without moving the vaccuum and the vaccuum resumes cleaning again. It may get tripped up in a few minutes, but its very random.

Now since last couple of days, It somehow gets lost and then the map gets wonky.

I have tried deleting the map and remapped the entire home. The problem persists.

Anyone have this problem and any thoughts on what could be going wrong? Any possible solutions?

Thanks,
V.

Probably blowing out the lidar unit would be the main thing to try.

I have a collection of troubleshooting, recommendations, links, etc. here…

Thanks for the tips. I will try the Lidar blowing / cleaning this weekend and update this thread.
