My Wyze v4 camera stalls once you look for any settings or video playback and have to wait at least 60 minutes before proceeding and repeats the same scenario again.
All troubleshooting procedures were apply even resetting network. Reset back to factory specs and still the same along with app refresh on two Apple phones.
Welcome to the forum. Stalls as in the app not longer responds or the camera does not respond? I have three V4 cams and haven’t had that issue. Does the camera have a good signal? Maybe try a different 5V-1A power adapter?
Thanks , I’ve try that and yes I have excellent signal with three bars . It seems last firmware update they gave out is what caused the camera to stall because it never did once I bought this camera. It worked flawless for about a month or more until that firmware came out.
? The last firmware update was 1 November 2024. Has it been screwed up since then?
Maybe you should try a factory rest of the camera. Don’t delete it from the app just set it up again. Make sure you take out the SD card if it has one.

Try another SD card. Or do you mean cloud clips?
Sounds like the app is locking up. Others have reported issues with the latest iOS app crashing. If you force close the app does it work again (temporarily)? May want to try uninstalling and reinstalling the app and see if that helps.
I discovered that this only happens on local network feed if I am viewing from the Internet it works fine but as soon as I try to view from local network, the cameras lock up and it’s all cameras that do this. I only have version 4s. that’s as far as I’ve been able to Troubleshoot it. Local network setting in iOS has no effect
