Wyze V4 slow to load or periodic Offline

I have a mix of V3 and V4 cameras. In recent weeks the V4 cameras are slow to load when opening the app. Sometimes they show 'Offline" and I have to click the icon to bring them online. The V3 cameras don’t have this issue.

The V3 cameras are running 4.36.16.6114
The V4 cameras are running 4.52.9.6119

Are there any reported bugs with the new firmware for the V4’s? Is there something else I should do?

I’m not aware of one, but I see that you’ve identified yourself as an iOS/iPadOS user, and that makes me think of this:

There are other post about the issue of device turned off scattered around the forum. Most all from iOS users who have loaded the 3.13 app.

You may wish to check that topic to see if that resonates with your experience. If so, and if you’d like, then a Moderator can merge your topic into that one.

Thanks. Yes, seems others in that thread are having the same issue with me.

That thread says the latest app version should contain the bug fix, but others still are reporting having the issue. I’ll keep an eye on that conversation.
