NEW CUSTOMER-We have 2 V3 Pan Cams indoors. Periodically they freeze up, go offline with no internet interruptions. I have to unplug and replug for it to function again. We have 6 battery operated cameras outdoors that have no issues. If I wasn’t home to unplug-replug them we wouldn’t have those cameras functioning. Is there a solution to this issue?
Welcome! How are you powering these cameras? Are you using the supplies power cable and brick? If not, what are you using? What actual firmware version and what actual app version are you using? Where is your cameras location when compared to your Wi-Fi source? What type of Wi-Fi equipment are you using? How many other? Wi-Fi clients are on that same network? Which battery operated camera are you using? The wyze outdoor camera? How is the base connected to your home network? Best to provide as much info about your setup, use cases and equipment used to help with troubleshooting.
