My camera is working, live view works fine, but I can’t view any of the events, events recorded are stuck in a loading loop and can’t be downloaded. I also cannot see any events recorded on Wyze’s website. Every time I click to see the event it just keeps saying “connecting…” I have the Cam Plus subscription. Is this a server or camera-related issue? Thank you.
I don’t think it is server related I have about 80 event videos of various lengths since midnight.
Maybe a WIFI issue? Try on cell data?
I submitted a ticket to support, I already tried use cellar date, clear app cache, restarting the camera, unplugging and replugging the power supply, log in/out of the account, deleting and reinstall the app, still can’t view the past event recordings.
Same behavior. Just started on my V3 in the last 24 hrs. I have multiple other generations of cameras and other V3s. Every other one is working as expected except this one particular. Did all of the same suggestions to no avail
For me, this started about a day ago don’t know if anything has to do with the latest firmware updates a couple of days ago. It was working fine without a hitch before. Tonight I even factory reset the v3 camera, took the SD card out, testing it and put the card back in and the never ending of loading loop/connecting issues are still occurring
Just checked it today, looks like the issue has been resolved by itself
Same here started maybe 24 hours ago only on my cam plus cams, lets me watch a few seconds of events then freezes, and takes extended time to load sometimes timing out, other cams not cam plus are fine
Seems mine has started doing this in past 48 hours, sometimes video will load, mostly not, on camera V2, V3, V4, and OG telephoto, using iPhone 13 Pro with latest updates on everything
I’ve went thru all the normal thing, restarting, reconnecting,only tried resetting on couple V3 due to height, but didn’t improve!
seems to have gotten worse today 6/23
So Wyze has abandoned the forums and made it impossible to contact customer service to report issues, great product support Wyze,
Guess it’s all downhill from here!
