This is what my old thermostat looks like. I already tried removing the red wire as instructed in the video and tried the adaptor. Also hired a professional to install and no luck by any chance does someone have the same type of wiring or answer to my problem??

Appears to be no progress on this issue. I’m having the same issue. Any insights anyone? Here was my old configuration and I’ve verified the connections twice. I’ve restarted the power twice and still nothing. The WYZE logo never appears on the screen.
