I got the thermostat hooked up Sept 2021 and used for about a month or 2 before cold weather arrived (this is an AC only setup). last month I noticed when I walked by the screen did not light up showing current temp but failed to have time to look at it. I have now verified breakers are all on and verified all wiring connections are as they were and making full contact and no issues were noted. Anybody have experience of the C-adapter or head units failing in such a short timeframe? Or any ides where to begin to trouble shoot this issue?
If the C-Adapter failed, Wyze will provide a replacement. They can also assist in troubleshooting. Hopefully you have a voltmeter to determine if it is the C-Adapter or the thermostat itself:
