Switched from a Sensi to Wyze thermostat.
C wire appears connected inside furnace unit.
Old thermostat still powers up. Wyze thermostat fails to power. Photos of each wiring attached.
My C wire had a bundle of extenders and that’s where mine wasn’t connected. Can you take a photo at the furnace and zoom out a little so we can see where the wires come into the furnace and all?

Does your old thermostat still power up when the batteries are removed?
It appears that the batteries in the Sensi were what allowed it to work with my system.
