I just wired in my thermostat and it does not power on. Occasionally I will hear a click but no logo on the screen and my unit is also stuck off. I have a 2 stage heat pump system and any help would be greatly appreciated. I have also tried changing the red wire between rc and rh and also moving my brown wire from emergency over to W2 with no improvement.
