Any idea the comparability, capabilities to expect with the wyze thermostat? How will it function with a water/boiler system with multiple zones? Will multiple units be needed for each zone or is there some other way? Any guess as to the price tag?

They usually don’t release too many specifics until they’re ready for Early Access orders. Sometimes specs change during the development process. Here is the official roadmap topic. You might have a little more luck asking there, since Wyze’s product people are more likely to keep an eye on that thread, but I wouldn’t necessarily expect any answers yet.
I don’t have any inside knowledge, but Wyze usually tries to compete on price. Based on the competition, I think it’s safe to assume it will be under $150. Maybe even under $100. But I guess we’ll see.
