I haven’t been able to get the Wyze Sense Bridge to pair with the camera. It keeps blinking blue and yellow, but never steady blue. I have tried power cycling the camera several times. The camera is on the latest firmware. I am using a Wyze Cam V1.
Hi @mixonepa, thanks for your suggestions. I had actually already tried all of those troubleshooting techniques.
Turns out I was able to fix the issue by power cycling my modem and router. I noticed that advice isn’t anywhere in the guide you provided. Might be a good idea to add it as a last resort. It literally was the only thing that worked for me.
I followed up all troubleshooting procedures to re-pair one of sensors without any luck. I sent an email to the Tech support one week ago, still no response from them. Please anyone can help me to solve this issue. Again, my situations as follows:
my garage sense went offline about 1.5 month ago. It indicated the battery low.
I bought AmazonBasics CR1632 Lithium Coin Cell and replaced with new one, but it still showed offline;
I searched Wyze online support Q&A and YouTube tried to troubleshoot by myself, but no luck;
I deleted this garage sense from Wyze on my smartphone (google pixel) and try to re-add this sense, but no luck;
I did reset the my internet, unplugged the bridge USB; signed out my Wyze account and logged back to my account, pushed the pin on the sense, and etc… All the possibilities to pair the sense to the bridge, but it just keep saying “it’s ready to connect” then nothing happens. The sense’s light blink when close or open. So it shows this sense is still good, not defecated.
