Wyze is not Wal Mart. They don’t have tons of money in the bank to stock masks. They not making a lot of money on masks. They doing a public service. Just be thankful for a company like wyze.
Are they still selling this model? seems that the GB19083-2010 would be a better choice per this link.
“NIOSH has recently received new information from Stakeholders across the United States regarding products from China claiming to meet GB2626 and EN149. Assessment results confirm that some of these products have poor filter efficiency and are of poor quality.” https://www.cdc.gov/niosh/npptl/respirators/testing/NonNIOSH.html
I tried to email iHealth a month ago in regards to who was the manufacturer of the KN95s that they where selling and the testing with no reply back till today…
All masks are secondary though …social distancing is number one.
How do you know they aren’t making a lot of money selling these masks? Companies don’t do things out of the goodness of their heart. They do things that make them profit, clear and simple.
Why are you not listening to the customer complaints about the poor quality KN95 masks? I purchased several boxes thinking you would have already resolved the POOR quality issue but I find out now s is not the case. I have pulled at least 3 masks from one box with broken or breaking string and one mask with a split down the middle. I submitted the split mask picture earlier but here it is again. I still have boxes I have not opened up. On an item, so CRITICAL to our health this so NOT acceptable. As a long-standing Wyze customer I am hugely disappointed. In my eyes, you have dropped a couple of notches from the pedestal I had viewed you on. I can no longer rave about Wyze the way I used to.
This is your first post and no picture is shown. (Might be a probation thing.)
This is actually the very first complaint I’ve seen about KN95 quality. Others have mentioned it about the other mask types. My KN95s from iHealth have been fine so far.
If you go back 2 months in the reviews you find quality issue reviews. I had hoped they were anomalies or that the issue was resolved. However, this morning straight out the box and unused, this is what I have,
Ugh, so my instincts about that front seam were right. Those are the Bo ’ ers that Wyze seems to be selling now. I keep getting the smooth front Livocares direct from iHealth as shown earlier above.
