I am a big fan of Wyze. I have almost all its products.
I did not understand why they sell masks.
However, ten KN95 masks were only $10. I have no reason not to buy.
I received a box of masks. The masks were not the same as the pictures that I saw.
You can tell that it is cheaply made.
Contact support was a pain. I did not get reply yet.
Since it was only $10, I am thinking whether it is worth to spend money on packing and shipping.
Wyze team, you sell this type of side product. it is really damage your good reputation.

Click baiting is one thing Wyze did, but using the same picture to help sell a different one is crude … !
From what I understand, Wyze merely partnered with a company to provide distribution for them. Wyze likely was provided the photos of the products from the manufacturing company.
I agree, that if the product received isn’t of the quality that was advertised that it does put Wyze in a bad light. Hopefully you’ll be able to get the issue resolved and this would also alert Wyze there may be an issue with the products.
I think you bought the surgical masks by mistake? I’ve never seen KN95s anywhere near that low in price (post pandemic).
They had KN95s when the first email went out on this limited time sale…than not …than had it …now not.
