My vacuum worked just fine and I loved it until last week. Suddenly it won’t respond. I tried resetting but it will not connect giving the message that it will not work with 5g. Nothing with my internet service has changed. ???
Did you have a power outage at all, or any kind of connectivity change? For example, everyone with Verizon FiOS on the East coast reportedly lost internet for a short time earlier today. Or some people using TMobile hotspot had an outage today too.
If this were happening to me, I would go into my router and temporarily turn off the 5GHz band and power the vacuum off and back on and see if that allows it to reconnect.
If not, I would try going through setup on the vacuum again while the 5GHz is off.
I know they sent out a new firmware for the Vacuum recently to update the certificate, so it’s possible the vacuum updated the firmware, rebooted and tried connecting wrong in some way.
