On November 12 you sent an email regarding your new vacuum robot for $199 and I ordered it. Today, on November 14 I received a new email from you, and this email stated that first Early Backers have a $20 coupon EA20WYZE. You did not mention this coupon in your email from November 12. It is a kind of wrongdoing with your customers. I think you need to refund my order for this $20. Please advise me on how it can be done.

There is no updated code, the one he posted was only good for the first 2 days to reward the frequent early adopters and loyal backers of their products with an extra 10% off the preorder deal (which is only 8% off the MSRP total after it goes to regular price next year). Basically knowing that most of the biggest fans always order every early access item the day it launches.
You can still order now and you will still get the Preorder discount of $50 off the regular price. If you wait a month and half the preorder discount will go away and the regular cost will be $250 + Shipping.
If you’ve ordered Early access preorder items from Wyze multiple times in the past I suppose you can always try to beg customer service to give you an exception, but I don’t know if they will, even if you have a history of buying a lot of their early access products. The discount was only supposed to be a reward to those people though, and most of them always order on day 1. Hence why the code expired so quickly.

Calm down, I didn’t publish any code, and I don’t work for or represent Wyze in any way. No need to be so contentious/attacky. I’m trying to help you understand how it works and what your options are.
I didn’t state anything incorrect. Nobody ordered before the code was published here. It was published here on Nov 9th, the day before the Vacuum was officially announced and available to order. It was also sent out to a select group of people it was actually intended for by email.
The code wasn’t meant for everyone to use. The code was only supposed to be for people who have backed and ordered other early access products (not just any Wyze products) and who also have asked to receive marketing emails. It wasn’t meant for everyone else.
That Code was then allowed to work on November 10th and 11th (nobody ordered before then).
If you mean that you ordered first, then you noticed this post, I’m sorry to hear that…this post was published before you made your order though. The code may not have been intended for you though.
If you mean that you ordered and then you got an email offering you the code on the 11th, I’m sorry to hear that too. That probably means you qualified for the code, but didn’t have marketing emails selected in your profile here. I had the same problem, and I corrected it in my profile now. If you’ve ordered early access products before now you can try to talk to support, tell them to look up your account to see you have ordered early access products, and tell them you received the email after you’d already ordered. You may need to forward it to them to prove you received it and that you qualify, and then you can ask them if they can manually fix it for you. If it works, you should check back and let us know, because that would be great. I sincerely hope it works for you.
If you didn’t get the email and you haven’t ordered other early access products, then there is no reason to be so upset because it means you didn’t technically qualify for this code in the first place…you were still meant to get $50 off for early access though, and that’s still awesome.

Maybe you should update this first post & beginning of the Title with a big bold EDIT at the top and bottom and next to the code clarifying that the code is now expired (and wasn’t for everyone) so people stop getting confused and repeat posting that it’s expired now.
Maybe update the title to say:
~EXPIRED~ Wyze Robot Vacuum Coming Tomorrow. Here’s Your Exclusive Discount Code
and update the first post to say boldly (EXPIRED NOW) next to the code and top and bottom. Maybe with a clarification at the top or bottom. It seems like people are very confused.

Please understand me right, I do not blame you. I received an email from Wyze regarding this opportunity and placed my order. There was no information about any codes but it must be there. it means that Wyze is reckless in sending emails to customers. Now we have very confusing information here, on the web site. Why should I waste my time on all this garbage? I prefer to get the right information for the first time. This is more important, rather than having this code.

Not with all the features though…I wouldn’t buy a bump and go vac for example, they are incredibly ineffective. unless your rooms are just empty squares.
Not many $200 vacuums with all the lidar programming (measuring from 26 feet away), Room mapping. Path planning (efficiency), future multiroom mapping, and a bunch of other stuff…just saying…

I just tried adding the code EA20WYZE from 6 days ago, and it’s already expired? I have ordered many Wyze products, but maybe not in the preorder category. I want to add the new vacuum as a preorder. It also said I’m eligible for tier 4, but the checkout is charging for it. If $ wasn’t so tight, I wouldn’t care as much. Covid has certainly affected my $ flow. I know the majority of folks are just as affected.
I also got a discount code through email and the code never worked

I’m in Canada. I have 3 Wyze cams that I bought from Amazon.
I would like to buy this vaccuum and the headphones but we can’t order from you directly, so we just have to wait until Amazon decide to sell it here …
