All my switches and plugs went offline, but the cameras still online. Restarted router and wifi. No change. Tried to reconfigure the units, failed at the of connection, hinting of password or network wrong, 5ghz. Well it turned out to be Google DNS servers had a problem, so I switched to the ISP servers instead, Spectrum. I only had to poweroff and on each device and they would come online.
Apparently DNS is very important for these devices.
I am having the same issue today. Not sure its dns. Why do the light switches behave differently from the cams?

I also had a problem with the wifi station, it has combined 5GHz and 2.4GHz autoselect for the same network name. The light switch would not connect to the 2.4GHz network. I then I created a separate dedicated 2.4GHz network with different name and password. Some routers do support multiple wifi networks.
