I purchased a monitoring system through Home Depot. It “still” says on their site that when purchasing you will get 6 mos. of free monitoring and then $5/month. That is on Home Depot’s site…however, ON the Wyze Box it says shows the Wyze Code for the 6 mos. subscription. I have been trying for weeks w/ HD and Wyze to try and solve this. Finally, I was told that Wyze will not honor this. VERY DISAPPOINTED! Not the Wyze I have been dealing with since they were a start up company. Many years. Wyze used to have great support help. Now it seems to be like all other large companies. You tell your issues to someone who doesn’t understand, doesn’t listen fully and it takes many calls. I even purchased a second system to see if there was just an issue with the original code. Finally I was told by Wyze to just return it to Home Depot.
