Actually, Iād expect some of these kinds of issues for a brand new product. However, the problem for me is that Iāve been trying to reach out to Wyze support (since Sunday) to troubleshoot and maybe get a replacement but I have not heard back yet. Iāll be patient and give them until the end of the week.
Are you still having the issue of not being able to power off the device? Or is yours still an issue of not being able to pair/connect to the WYZE app?
It still does not power off (except by letting it run out of battery). It does pair at first but audio doesnāt connect and then the BT connection fails.
I just applied the latest version of the Wyze app on my phone and the native assistant works perfectly now. Iām very happy with the performance and function of this headset. Best $50 spend this year.
Been working some issues with folks as I have been reviewing my own (which have been flawless) but it sounds as if you may have received a defective pair. Hate that for you and hope WYZE is able to correct this for you.
I can only imagine with launching a lot of new devices and announcing even more they are overwhelmed in production and support. Which is why I assume they had that online hiring eventā¦
My skips too when I have it connected to 2 bluetooth sources. Iāve got it paired with my Nvidia Sheild TV so I can watch late night movies without disturbing anyone. But also paired it to my phone in order to control and configure it. So when I listen to the TV, all is fine until I open the Wyse app. As soon as I do, like to addjust the EQ settings, the skipping starts. I have to turn off my phoneās bluetooth to get the skipping to stop.
Doesnāt seem to be an issue using the Wyze app and Google Play both on my phone, but thatās the only music app on my phone Iāve tried so far.
How would yall compare these to the big dogs like Bose and Beats?

So itās been over a week after submitting a support request about my defective headset and I still havenāt heard back. Has anyone else had trouble reaching Wyze support?
Mine skips to hell on everything but Spotify, what is the deal here?
I really like the headphone and noise cancellation EXCEPT for one thing. The headphones are unusable if there is any wind! Nothing but wind can be heard if you are walking in the wind or riding a bike.
My headphones behave the exact same way.

One issue i find with wyze headphones is - i have 2 iphones. i setup both to connect to Wyze headphones. while i am using wyze headphones on one phones, suddenly tries to connect to other phone and creates a gap in my conversation. Can you please fix this issue? are the fixes downloadable thru wyze app or requires replacement
I will buy these headphones when:
- There is a built in microphone
- There AI to stop its usage when one is walking in the streets and crosswalks
