1 week in and So far the Jlab GO Work is very stable. Mute button is awesome. The ear pieces are not as comfortable as the Wyze headphones but that maybe that I used them for 6-8 hours a day across 3 days and not a single crash. How it should be with stability. Still hoping for a fix from Wyze but in the meanwhile they are collecting dust.
Thanks for sharing this one! It was tempting to consider getting another couple of WYZE sets as gifts because of how good they were supposed to be, but after this whole fiasco I’ll be ordering from someone else and it seems like the Jlab set meets all of the things I was looking for.
It’s a shame when the WYZE community board becomes free advertising for someone else just because WYZE can’t be bothered to acknowledge their own problems, but I guess that’s where we are.
I agree I wish Wyze would at least acknowledge the issue. I have started using mine to cut my grass. Meanwhile for video calls Jlab has done well. Mute button is great and was able to get over 4 days before needing to charge.
How crazy is this. Here is another product.
Get the current headphones working first. Pretty sad how Wyze is starting to act like a Dot Com company trying to have products in every market instead of stabilizing existing products.
The update is out as of yesterday for everyone, but I have no idea if it works yet, I’m updating it ATM
You (or anyone really) have an update on the rebooting? Is the mic any better?
Tried with the latest update. Got through a few calls the longest was about 1.5 hrs and so far so good.
The audio does sound better. My colleagues tells me they hear me fine.
Yep, it’s been working quite well on these last 4 days, no reboots.
Anybody else feel like this is a slap in the face considering how little communication WZYE has had over these headphones?
Yeap. I have official moved to using my wyze headphones for cutting the grass. Wyze has gone down hill with updates and cares more about adding SKUs which is sad.
I have used the Jlab headphones daily now for 7-8 hours and no crashes. Actually peaceful having something that works and I love the mute button.
