The one thing I would add to @carverofchoice 's post… and this is purely from the “feels” side.
I came into Wyze with the V1 camera from a deep deep hate for Vivint. Having been pushed off by them and their services in a time of need. (Long Story but I want to get to the point)
Being friends with your customers… This is what grabbed me along with the products and growth.
I too was one of the lucky volunteers that got to spend time with Wyze at the 5 year anniversary and what I can tell you is that it’s not only friends… It’s Family! And this is the first time I have ever experienced this with any company outside of my own.
A family feeling with a number of Wyze employees fostered by @UserCustomerGwen.
@WyzeJimmy, @WyzeJasonJ, @WyzeBaohua to name a few.
A family feeling with ALL of the community volunteers @Mods and @Mavens @cyberdog_17 (our Cyberbro)
A pure brotherhood was created right here in these forums for me with other Wyze members never having met before in person and before any of us being volunteers!
A family feeling with many of the community members here in the Forums and in Discord
( I won’t give you my Wyze resume, but it’s pretty good (cough first #1 poster in Discord not a Wyze employee, and not just memes
)
But this is what Wyze means to me.
I whole heartedly agree with @carverofchoice message, but wanted to let you know that Wyze means a lot more to many of your customers than just your products and services.
No other company has had an impact on me like this.
