Wyze Handhelp Vacuum shuts off in high power mode

The suction power isn’t good so far and when I turn on the high power mode, the hand vac shuts off automatically 5 seconds into using in. Anyone else encountered this?

@KenInTexas Sorry to hear about that. That certainly isn’t the intended behavior and it should not shut off as long as the battery is charged.

I changed out the HEPA filter with the spare one that they included and it’s fine. I guess I need to wash out the other one.

I have the same problem, everything is clean and the battery is fully charged! First of many Wyze products that Disappointed me.:unamused:

You can actually empty the trash 2 ways. The first way is with the button and I agree you don’t get it all out. The other method is to twist and unscrew the whole container off. This is also how you replace the HEPA filter. I find the 2nd method a more thorough way of emptying the canister of junk.
