Cordless handheld vacuum attachment and power issue

I have been using the handheld vacuum for a month and am really disappointed. The brush attachment keeps coming off and using it loses 1/2 the power of the vacuum. The promo showed a very powerful machine (i think it showed a bowling ball) but unfortunately, i can’t pull anything unless i keep rubbing it multiple times. I had a cheap $20 black and decker handheld and the vacuum is almost similar cleaning power. Setting the speed is not intuitive and you have to play with the button multiple times to turn it off or reduce speed. The only thing good so far has been the battery life.

How is your experience using the handheld vacuum?

Welcome to the Wyze community @zobozaf!
I haven’t experienced issues with my vacuum.

Has it been attached and detached frequently? This will cause the friction-based connection to loosen.

I have not experienced the loss of suction or battery power, I do stay on top of cleaning the filters after each use and ensure that they are seeded properly when returning so there is no loss of suction power.

From day one (ok day 2😀) the brush attachment slipped off pretty easily as written in my first impression post on day 2

Not really, Attachment comes off while in use. As i mentioned, suction power is also reduced if using any attachment

The problem could be with the damaged battery, a failing motor, or clogged filters and attachments for its shut down. The problem may also lie in your vacuum cleaner’s adapter, charging dock, or battery and the electrical outlet. I recently bought a new Black+Decker Power Series Cordless vacuum for pets.

I agree attachments fall off.

Make sure to let them know you’ve taken a look around the forums and seen it’s an issue. They should be able to help you.

Thanks so much-

I have tried support, they respond that they are there for computer/technical issues only- not product problems.
I don’t get that at all.
Bad service at that number.

I would try asking again.
Do you have a ticket no for this interaction?
