Wyze Hand Held Vacuums Dead--yes, plural

I have two Wyze handheld vacuums. They both died at nearly the same time. It’s been a couple months at this point, and I’m thinking about junking them.

One was always plugged into a surge suppressor, and the other only rarely. Neither will take a charge, but the power supplies seem tip-top (32V). Voltage is fine even when plugged into the wall and a battery my meter show no current being draw–in either case–not like they’re browning-out under-load. Displays never come on, simply dead.

Dust cups, filters clean.

Any advice?

The Same happened to mine around the same year I was extremely upset because I took care of it and just out of the blue it just didn’t turn on or took charge. Still very upset.

Did you get any help on this.
I had not been using my Wyze handheld vacuum hardly at all. I went to use it and it died after 2-3 minutes. I left it on charger and still no luck??

Uh oh.

I just tried my handheld vacuum again. It shows as fully charged.
On high speed it lasts about 5 seconds and then shuts off.

I can turn it on again and same thing happens…
