Wyze duo video doorbell just stopped responding

I have about 5 different types of wyze cams and doorbells .I’ve had the wyze duo doorbell for over a year and it has worked FLAWLESS but as of lately this thing is useless!! It literally refuses to connect it jumps right to step 2of 3 authenticating with device then does NOTHING all my others still work excellent but not the duo . It’s hardwired and battery is always at 100% . The signal is great ,ive tried resetting, uninstalling app ,removing the doorbell from app,re-adding amonst other things . Now i have changed to a new phone but thats not it cause I also changed phones a month before this one and had no problems when switching its still android so not a platform change. Now i also see tons of people having same exact problem going back as far as a year . Whats it gona take to get my doorbell to work? I mean this is frustrating,someone rings the doorbell it takes 5 min to load IF IT EVEN LOADS or i hear something outside i need to check it fails me EVERY TIME……. duo-cam-doorbell

I’m trying to understand what it is that you’re experiencing, because you seem to be saying different things at different times:

Overall, I’m getting the impression that it actually does work and connect properly sometimes, but at other times it doesn’t, and that’s frustrating.

I know that you said you have your Duo Cam Doorbell wired and that the battery is always fully charged. Since this doorbell requires the battery even when it’s wired, I wonder what would happen if you disconnected it from the wiring and moved around with it? If you left the battery in and carried it to different parts of your home to test, then does your connectivity improve or does your experience change? I’m just wondering if this would be a way to get a sense of whether or not that device is having a signal problem where it’s mounted.

Also, what has Wyze Support said when you contacted them, and what firmware version is installed on your Duo Cam Doorbell?
