Can you show something showing it not working?
Seems to me it sees the card, reports the size and available, and the box says “Format completed”.
That’s the thing, it doesn’t format. And the used capacity does not zero out.
@nathaniel.hang go back a screen and hit restart for the cam from the app and check it again when it restarts, let me know if that works.
Already tried that. Restarted… go in and out of the menu. All the same, it doesn’t format/zero out.
That is rather peculiar let me try mine.
hmmmmm something tells me you are on iphone.
Try this just for giggles, go into app /account /app settings and clear the cache from there, and try it at that point. I’m not familiar with the fruits so I don’t know how to force stop on Apple but I wonder if for stopping won’t get it to stop reading from an old cache, something tells me it has cleared and it’s not reading that way. Normally the restart will get it to read correctly and it’s something I’ve been trying to work with the team on.
Mine is working correctly Android and I don’t know why the difference is happening between UI
