Sorry your post isn’t really clear as to what the issue(s) are? Seems like there are multiple unrelated things, maybe split them out with details on each.

First of all you force again second time we’ve been forced to view our cameras in chrome like I said a lot of people don’t trust chrome and then you force us or put on us even though you gave us a head notice this new web viewer my web view was working fine. I could start a grid, but I suddenly the grid thing disappeared and now it was showing all my cameras and I don’t wanna look at all my cameras I wanna look at the cameras I wanna look at which is mostly basically all outside camera cameras and it’s like monotonous because she keeps going connect connecting connect connecting connect, connecting connect connecting where connection fell it says like if you’re gonna use the new web viewer fix the grid so I can put nine cameras in that grid what I need to view that is important to me because my vivid cameras caught somebody trying to break in through my side door today and I couldn’t see nothing on my Wyze camera. It’s a good thing. I have a second backup, which is vivid cameras and I’m glad the cops got them.
I have not forced anything, this is a user to user support forum. I have no affiliation with Wyze.

Maybe bullet out the concerns you have and be concise about the specific issue so people might be able to understand and help.
You are not forced to use your cameras in Chrome. Chrome is the only one that includes a 4K decoder without charging you for it (it is not free, Google is eating the cost). They can be forced to work in Edge, and Firefox has now given the option of installing the HEVC 4K decoder too.
