No real good way to get status update or interact with Wyze. Wyze plays a trick by closing tickets associated with RMAs. I have bought more than 30 cameras. First RMA and its a V4 camera. I opened a ticket 2 months ago and have yet to receive replacement hardware. The color of the camera is black so it was supposedly backordered. It looks like you have inventory to sell.
