I would hit up Wyze support or perhaps update your shipping to somewhere you can access regardless of when it is shipped for the time being.
Try responding to the direct message the WYZE team member that contacted you about the win in the original thread?

Regular login worked for us. But make sure you’re not running the beta firmware on the v2, or it will need to have the Firmware Flashed to a lower “official release” to work.
We made a video on the Wyze Car for our YouTube page, it’s amazing and a lot of fun.

Oh shoot. How do I go back to a lower firmware for just one camera? Please tell me I don’t have to have a computer to put the file on an SD card…

I’ve heard mixed messages about whether you don’t. I’d have to go back and study what they said. Personally, I’d expect you can turn any V2 into a car cam, but like I say I’ve seen mixed messages I would have to go back to study. Mowing the lawn right now, lol.
I believe you do. Also, you need to make sure it is not flipped before you update firmware for car. @towelkingdom, is there a Home Depot near you? You might be able to get a cam there. Also,

I have SD cards, so that’s not an issue. It’s just the computer part. My phone doesn’t even have a SD card slot. I’ll have to see if any stores near me have them in stock, or try to buy one from Wyze again. sigh
You will get your cam a lot quicker at Amazon (Wyze → fedex snailpost), but it won’t be the black edition.
I want another black one. I can’t have a white cam on a black car now can I?

Go to Best Buy geek squad and ask them to transfer a file on the microSD card so you can flash it. They might do it for free if they have not seen the Wyze car

Sadly you do, (or you need to have a friend do it for you). Sorry.
You can, but the Black is stealthier, (is that a word?). Lol
Also, you can try the “Reset” on your camera, without a computer, which I showed in my YouTube video linked above. And there’s a link to in the description as well. (Brenda posted it in this forum last year).
