That’s a Wyze app bug for a while now.
Check out @Crease 's post on instructions to change notification sound through Android here. I’ve also posted pictures for reference here. Changing the sound on the first “WyzeMessage” should change the notification sound.
If you do not see “Notification categories” then you have to enable it here because Samsung’s One UI 6.1 introduced a new specific setting to control this. It is under Settings > Notifications > Advanced Settings.
