My wyze cam v4 will not stay connected. Ive reset it by holding the setup button for 10 seconds. Ive power cycled it multiple times and deleted and re added it multiple times, removed sd card and updated firmware. It connects for about 2 min then disconnects. Home has a mesh system so wifi is strong throughout the home. This happened with a V3 pro and was replaced by wyze. 2nd faulty camera??

Maybe? but I doubt it. I have two V4 cams and one V3 Pro and they have never lost connection except when Xfinity decides to do some unannounced “Maintenance”.
My network is simple, a cable modem Motorola MG8702 with an integrated AC3200 router. I changed the router from one SSID by turning off band steering and gave the 5.0 and the 2.4 their own separate SSID.
I have 2 other V4s and a wyze doorbell cam neither of which are having this issue.
Maybe it’s the location? Put it next to the router and if it doesn’t stay connected send it back, that is what I would try. Or move it close to another V4 and see if it works.
I’ll try. But it’s been fine there for a month and now suddenly not working
