There’s a link for this at the bottom of pretty much every page on the main Wyze Web site. Probably what you’re seeking is this:
- LIMITED WARRANTY
Except as set forth below, Wyze warrants to the original owner of the Product that the Product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date you purchased your Product from Wyze or an authorized retailer (the “General Product Warranty Period”).
If you haven’t already done so, then I’d be inclined to open a ticket with Support. If you can demonstrate that the device was purchased from an authorized retailer less than a year ago, then the return process is pretty easy.
