Wyze Cam V2 Black

Ordered a Wyze Car and Cam on the last round, held on to it across Thanksgiving and gave it out to son in law for Christmas. I’m informed that after the first evening of playing with it the CAM is DOA. Power supply is good, plugging in directly still shows no response. Tried different cords, insured was totally plugged in, tried resetting it. If I’m correct its a 30 day return policy, which I am outside of by a couple weeks.
Any suggestions or do I just need to buy a new cam and be done with it.

I don’t remember what the “no questions asked” return policy window is, but they have a 1 year window on functionality. Customer Support is thin due to a disaster in the Philippines, but give Support a call for a replacement:
