[SOLVED] Does anyone at wyze support respond to tickets?

So I purchased 2 new cams to go with one I already had and 1 of the cameras appears defective. It constantly reboots and gets very hot. I tried rolling back firmware, no results. Appears to be a defective cam. I put in a support ticket on May 20th and have received 0 responses from Wyze cam. Very disappointing. If they do not respond, my next step may have to be the credit card company. Unfortunate since I also purchased the new bulbs coming out. I liked the company and wanted to support them but didn’t realize they are not responding to any warranty or defects with their products. Any suggestions?

Last I heard they were at about a 14-day response time, so you may be right on the cusp. I would print your ticket number here so @UserCustomerGwen can check into it.
