I’m not sure exactly what you’re doing, but when you read through that Help Center article about flashing, please be aware of two items:

1. Heed the recommendation to use a FAT32-formatted microSD card (32 GB or smaller) if you want to avoid some potential frustration.
2. Understand that the references to “folder” (like in steps 5 and 10) are incorrect and that you should copy the relevant .bin file to the root directory of your microSD card for this process (and then subsequently delete it following a successful flash).

I also read this advice from a Wyze employee in a recent topic:

Format the 32gb card in one of your other cameras in wyze app.
copy correct firmware to the root file system of micro sd card.
physically unplug your camera then hold the “setup” button for like 10 sec or so while you plug in until purple light starts then let go of setup button. finally wait for it to complete and reboot

When I need to flash a Cam, I usually plug it into a power strip by my desk, because it’s easier for me to flip the switch on the power strip than to plug the camera into its cable while holding in the SETUP button. Trying that might also help.
