So I just downloaded the latest app from the AppStore and then the beta firmware for the v4 shows. The one in test flight doesn’t show the update
It is a prod release. You would need to remove the beta and then install the 1y,e app from the iOS store and not testflight
Not sure why they would not simply update the Testflight app as well.
What have you done with this firmware update? All of my V4 cameras have been updated to this new firmware. Now, all of them have an extremely loud screeching sound when playing back recorded videos. In addition, all of the recorded playback videos have a slow latency jerk to them. This needs to be fixed immediately.
Same as others…appears a cdn has bad firmware images.
Can’t get any v4s to install the update. Gears just spinning.
I ended up clearing my Cache and rebooting the devices and phone. Waited about an hour and then logged into the app, live streamed the camera, and installed the update from the Settings on that camera. I did not use the Bulk Firmware update as it never seemed to finish.
Just an FYI
I did that as well.. no luck. I think their distributed network has some bad files on some of the platforms. They are likely going to need to re-deploy to their CDNs in order to fix. I think someone here before said they were AWS. No matter what I try… my v4’s are stuck trying to update and getting no where.

I deleted the app from test flight and installed the latest version from the App Store and the all shows up as beta in the app. I installed 5v4 and v3 in the last app one by one. It took a while. Just leave it it will update don’t close the screen . Test flight doesn’t show did not work
On android here.. I deleted the app and reinstalled it. No change here. just stuck spinning endlessly.
I got my V4 up and running with RTSP but the weird thing is, when I add it to my Home Assistant with the ip and the WEBRTC card, the V4 shows in like 4:3 with MSE and my V3s show in 16:9 with RTC
Yes. I posted a screenshot above from one of my V3s showing it. It’s just not there on the V4. Hoping to add it to HA so I can see it in Apple Home
I am having problems with sound on all of my V4 cameras as well as with some lagging videos. with this new beta firmware I have reset some cameras, unplugged, etc and still the same outcome. I have sent 2 log ID number: 2485628 and log ID number: 2485430. I have also removed the Wyze app and reinstalled the app and I have also removed myself from the beta testing of the app. I have tested this on Android and iPhone and both are the same. Nothing has worked, so it is the new firmware update because this is happening on all of my V4 cameras.

Wyze App Beta v3.18.0 (8) on iPad Pro, v3.18.0 (15) on iPhone 16 Pro Max
I updated my V4’s to Firmware 4.52.17.10, then went to enable RTSP on them on my iPad. I’m not seeing “RTSP” under Advanced setting on the iPad Pro. I do see it on my iPhone though
iPad Pro App is: v3.18.0 (8)
iPhone app is: v3.18.0 (15)
Both are enrolled in The Beta Program
Any idea how to get the iPad app to update to: v3.18.0 (15)

Has anyone gotten this to work in Blue Iris? I’ve got it enable and I’ve tried a gazillion configs and can’t get it to connect to the camera.
On the iPad pro and any other iOS device, You need to install the app from the App Store. TestFlight is only used for Beta Tests and currently there is no Beta App Test Going on.
That was it. I was still on the test flight version of the app. After installing the app from the App Store, rtsp is working.
