Updated My V3’s and the V2 Cam Pan. Waiting to do my Outdoor plug.
However, one of my V3’s is on 4.36.9.139 and it failed the update. Now, when powering up, it blinks blue really fast. I submitted a log for this: 683443. I get error code 90.
The other v3’s on the Paused FW loaded without issues.
Edit
Just ipdated the Plug Outdoor with out issue

Sorry for the trouble. Did that V3 updated to 10.2163 firmware before? Could you please share the MAC with me? Thank you.

Updated one v3 from 4.36.9.139 to 4.36.10.2424. Playback from cloud of a Person event plays at half speed. Playback from SD card is normal speed, but first time played is very pixelated. Tried with app (Android) hardware encoder both on and off, but no effect on either playback.

You are amazing @WyzeBaohua
Factory Reset allowed it to connect. The FW did update as expected. So it must have been something on my end.
Appreciate your support on this.

For the playback pixelated issue, could you please submit a log and share a screen recording with us? Thank you!

Is there a link to the firmware? I suspect I will need to manually flash it to two of my cameras that will not take the update OTA.
I will PM you the firmware link. Did the OTA upgrade consistently fail?

Yes, on three cameras I have been unable to connect to them since the last FW and even now, after a reset the FW updates are failing.
May I get that link as well? Thanks
Can we get a step by step on how to downgrade firmware.
I know you got to put stable old version on sdcard
How do we force camera to downgrade and then how do we “reset” it before or after flashing old firmware to get rid of settings and security stuff?
I can’t take the pixelated blurry video quality anymore when an event is recorded live and sent to cloud nd or sdcard with these new beta firmwares.
I’m sure wyze engineers know what chAnges they made which broke video bitrate and quality and After waiting a month for it to be fixed, it wasn’t!!!
That makes sense but still beta firmwares instructions state to do some reset method so we can flash older firmware back?
Yea, you gotta delete the device from the app and then go through the process linked above.
OTA failed on two of three cameras updated to 4.36.10.2424 and caused it to forget all settings. Both of them could be reconfigured with wifi settings but would forget it again after power-off/restart. I even did a reset and setup, but it would not remain stable and “remember” on .2424. Had to revert both of them back to 4.36.9.139. Was really hoping all these “problems” would be fixed on the latest BETA, but alas…

OTA worked on all 3 of my v3 cams, it took a little longer than usually but it worked. Think im seeing the blur issues mentioned, mine is in live view, but it could just be cuz others said it
Most updates took several tries. Unfortunately this update didn’t fix the issues. The events and sd card playback are still jumpy, slo mo. Also the pan V2 update messed up the IR. It just constantly flashes in night mode. The few v3 that weren’t screwed up from the previous update are still working okay. Pretty sure one V3 is bricked by previous update.
So frustrating after waiting for weeks for a fix and it didn’t fix anything, and now the pan v2 are broke
as well!
Beta testing used to be a lot more fun when you could downgrade OTA.

Video is still horribly pixelated. So far, no event recordings that turn out to just be a photo with a question mark.
