Tried updating one V4. It sticks updating and stays stuck, turning gears etc forever. Retrys equal turning gears update.
Still works on previous version though.
I’ll not try the other three V4s until I read more from others.
Update: 2nd attempt after first try that timed out, was successfully updated. Weird.
Will try updating the other three.
2nd V4, same spinning, when it times out and I retry again, I presume it will finally update.
Mine installed fine with no issues.
Now I need to replace some of my V3Pros with V4s NIB waiting to go up.
The V3Pros are too buggy now. They broke automatic spotlight use in a firmware update months ago and also broke Alexa person detection triggers. Basically bricking V3Pros for my primary use cases I had them for
I am seeing the same thing. Mine just spins with no update occuring.
I tried restarting cameras, clearing cache, restarting phone. Nothing worked

Won’t install on any of my cams.
I just had a successful install. I waited a few hours and then tried on one camera. It installed.
Installed fine in my v4. I don’t see any rtsp settings.
App version is 3.18.0 (8)
Rtsp shows up under advanced at the bottom.

Update worked without any issues, but I’m not seeing rtsp on mine either. It’s enabled on my V3 cameras, so I know where to find it. Also on the latest app version on iOS
Where was it on the V3?
Took multiple tries to get it to install. Still working on getting the last v4 to compete it.
was hoping it was moved. Mine shows up in the same spot with my V4’s. Wonder why you are not seeing it.
Are you sure you are on the latest Beta Firmware? I had issues installing it, as others have as well.

Just deleted the app, restarted my phone and reinstalled from test flight. Same issue.

Took three tries - the first two took at least an hour each before failing. Third try this morning worked much faster and RTSP shows up an an option.
Strange, I don’t see an update in Test Flight. Why is the AppStore version ahead of TestFlight???
