Wyze cam v3 subscription reads "no available cameras"

I’ve subscribed annually so I can record unlimited, paid through paypal and yet when I go to licenses to activate it says no available cameras and only provides a link to the store. My camera is set up and live streaming at the moment is this a known problem or am I missing something?

Did you use the same email to purchase the subscription, and when you signed onto your Wyze app?

Welcome Axrxt… In addition to Ipil60R34s’ good advice, if your cam is currently on a trial subscription, you need to remove the trial license before the cam will show up as available to apply your annual subscription.

Wyze app Home > Account (bottom right) > Services

Also I’m pretty sure the Firmware needs to be up to date.
