Wyze Cam V3 Stuck on 3/3 (Getting Video Data)

Ran into this installing some v3 cams, for me it turned out to be having Hardware Decoding enabled in the app. Hope that helps someone else!

We get this error all the time on our Wyze Doorbell V1, so I thought I would try this tip out on the doorbell. I turned off Hardware Decoding in the android app, but it did not help. The only workaround I know of for the doorbell is to turn “ON” Night Vision mode under advanced settings (do not use AUTO). Thank goodness a beta firmware is in the works on the doorbell V1.

I wrestled with this problem for 3 days. Couldn’t find much support on the issue. Group view of several cameras showing live feed worked, but single cameral iive feed got stuck on step 3: video data using the app on my tablet. I uninstalled the Wyze app and reinstalled it and now everything works properly.
