Wyze cam v3 not working in web view

I have 2 v3 cameras. One of them is connecting to the web view just fine, and the other one is saying “Wyze Cam v3 - Incompatible device model” What can be done to fix this?

I just got mine back after suffering similar issues. Using the app delete the camera “device” and then go through the process to add a new camera using the “set-up” button on the bottom of the camera. This time it fixed the issue and I can now use live view on the Cam Plus account.
