Wyze Cam v2 Outdoor base station claims connected to other account

For unfortunate reasons I found myself needing to factory reset my mobile device. after reinstalling the wyze app and attempting to reconnect my base station I was given a error message stating that my base station was associated with another account and to contact the owner it’s the same account and I’m the owner

Did resetting you mobile change your 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network name (SSID) ? Your device needs to be on the same 2.4 network you set it up on originally.

You shouldn’t need to reinstall the base station. When you reinstall the app and log in, all your devices will populate as you had them before. If you use a tablet, when you log into the same account, the same Device list and settings.that you know on your phone will be mirrored in now your tablet. Did you change Wyze account logins? Isn’t the base station and camera setup populating on your phone when you re logged in?

I had to change my password credentials because I couldn’t remember after having it for so long without needing to log in from another device I don’t know if that would have anything to do with it or not but it’s the same account same email just different password and no my device lists are not populating
