I was setting up my wyze base station and I am getting a message that says “base station is already associated with another account”. It was bought brand new and never set up that I am aware of. Does anyone have any ideas how to fix it?
@scott.redmer Welcome to the Wyze community! Sorry to hear about your base station issue. I’ve only heard of this happening one other time. Contacting Wyze support and letting them know about this problem is what I recommend.

I am having the same issue. How was your’s resolved?
I sent a email to the company and they sent me a new one. However I am now having issues with the camera. It is apparently registered to the same account and I can not unregister it.
