Cannot set up base station because associated with another account.,somehow wyze erased my previous account and I had to enter each device individually except i cannot get wyze cams outdoor and base station because i do not have access to previous account and therefore able to dissassociate. Cannot find how to fix problem. Please advise. Thanks,
Do not factory reset the outdoor cams without them being connected. They will be permanently bricked.
As far as account issues, you’ll need to work with support on that.
If you did not delete the base and your WCO cameras from the original app/account while they were online connected via wifi take them to E-recycle you will never set them up on a different account.
