I lost my ability to be able to use my outdoor cam as well as the router due to not having access to a certain cell number the passwords were created on? This is what customer assistance told me? This is ridiculous with the amount of money spent on those 2 devices, is there not a work around for this issue? PLEASE HELP
The battery powered WYZE cam outdoor and base station can only be set up on one account. In order to move them to another account/router they must first be deleted from the original account via the app and they must be on line when they are deleted, camera first then base
If you can’t get access to the original account send them off to the e-recycle. You can’t set them up or access them again.
