I am trying to add outdoor wireless cameras to a new base but they won’t pair saying they belong to another account. I dont use that account anymore.
Did you delete the cams and base from the prior account before you stopped using that account? The cams are tied to the base they were set up on and remain that way until they are deleted by the account owner.
