I bought a used base station and outdoor cam from a sell it site and cannot get in touch with the original owner but it keeps telling me I have to contact the base station owner because it’s associated with another account. I have tried about 100x to reset the base station and it still will not let me add the base to my account. Anyone have ideas on what to do next??
The person who originally set it up needs to delete it from their account.

You need to return it it is worthless to you,tell your seller that they need to remove the base and camera from there account
