Can anyone help me with a restart mystery? Have an original Wyze cam that I unplugged to move in my home. I can no longer add it. I know they were discontinued, but I have 2 originals, 2 pan cams, and a V3 outdoor and none of the others has had this issue. I have tried set up, trouble shoot, and customer service to no avail. Thanks in advance.
Long story, but V1 support is not in good shape. You can try manually updating the firmware with an SD card.

If you were just moving it from one place to another in your home, why were you trying to re-add it to your account?
It stopped working and prompted a recycle or power up.
