I have learned that your logs for this issue were used to develop a fix that was included in today’s Firmware Update for the Pan V3.
We are releasing a new firmware for [the] PanV3 very soon to fix this issue.
Please update your cam firmware and test.
Updated the firmware to 184.108.40.20603 and issue appears resolved.
