The firmware on my “new” refurbished WCO V1 is stuck on version 4.17.0.158 and the app tells me it’s fully updated in spite of the fact the latest version is 4.17.4.427. Does anyone know how to force an update? So far, I’ve tried deleting the app and reloading, signing out and signing in, clearing the cache, clearing all data, deleting and re-adding the camera. When originally installed, the firmware updated twice and then stopped. THANKS.

There is documentation some where in the forum. I had to flash to old firmware after a recent issue, but I lost the info. If you cannot find it, I am sure someone will chime in.
