I just got an add-on Outdoor Wyze Cam. Upon trying to charge it I do not get a red=flashing light. Using the app it shows 38% but does not indicate charging. If I remove the the Cam from the app and re-add it it shows the battery at 73%. Left it charging and did the delete and re-add and it is now at 100%. I never get a flashing red light or a steady red light. Firmware is at the latest available.

Hi @bryanromeny and welcome to the community forum. 
I’ve seen this indication dispairity a few times. It usually clears up after a couple charge/discharge cycles. Use the camera until the charge goes below 20% (but not zero) and recharge.
